• Participate in on-campus events and promotions.
• Assist with annual graduation ceremony coordination.
• Assist with annual regulatory reports preparation.
• Support Career Services Director to meet placement statistics.
• Manage and update job bank database.
• Proactive follow-up and tracking of graduates.
• Prepare students for exit interviews and portfolio reviews.

The Career Services Coordinator actively promotes and develops career development training for students and employment opportunities for graduates.

• Completed a Bachelor's degree, preferably in counseling, human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• Prior related experience in the staffing industry or a related industry is preferred
  Prior teaching experience in a post-secondary institution is preferred
• Persuasive communication skills, with an orientation toward results
• Ability to work extended hours (which will include evenings and weekends), in order to meet business objectives.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
