Northbridge University in South Miami Campus, Cutler Bay, FL, is seeking a Career Services Coordinator to actively promote and develop career development training for students and help graduates find employment opportunities.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in counseling, HR, business or a related field, have strong persuasive communication skills, and be able to work evenings and weekends to meet program goals. Prior staffing or teaching experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Places students in the field for which they are trained.
• Conducts market outreach, job and internship development.
• Develops and maintains employer and community contacts.
• Prepares student files and ensure completion of all necessary documentation.
• Provides career development opportunities for students on an ongoing basis.
• Develops, implements and enhances a Life Skills program as part of curriculum.
• Maintains accurate database of student and graduate files.
• Participates in on-campus events, programs and promotions.
• Assists with coordination of annual graduation ceremony.
• Assists with preparation of annual reports as required by regulatory agencies.
• Supports Career Services Director to achieve required placement statistics.
• Manages and updates job bank database.
• Proactive follow-up and tracking of all graduates.
• Prepares students for and conducts exit interviews and/or portfolio reviews.
