The role leads counseling sessions, develops programming, delivers workshops, and uses labor market data to align student outcomes with programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• One year experience in student, client, or employee support.
• Three years of post-graduate work experience.
• Valid driver’s license with approval required by the College’s Liability Insurance Carrier.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one and group career counseling sessions (in-person and virtual).
• Build relationships with students, alumni, faculty and staff.
• Plan and manage department events, workshops, and staff development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement career programming.
• Deliver workshops in courses and as stand-alone events (in person and online).
• Use labor market data to align students with programs and opportunities.
• Promote diversity and inclusion in programming.
• Maintain satellite Career Services offices operations.
• Track services, collaborations, and projects to identify trends.
• Represent the department in meetings and events.
• Protect student records per FERPA.
