Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in mentoring students and placing them in internships or jobs.
• 1+ years of experience building partnerships with organizations.
• 1+ years of experience managing a case load of clients.

Responsibilities

• Meet 1:1 with participants to develop individualized career support plans.
• Provide hands-on career support through 1:1 coaching sessions.
• Lead career readiness workshops.
