The College Success Office (CSO) provides year-round academic, administrative, and emotional support as well as financial and career preparation to participants of HCZ's Promise Academy high schools and afterschool programs. Our mission is to ensure that our participants are provided the resources and guidance needed to be successful in college and beyond. The main components of the CSO include: student outreach, academic support and guidance, financial aid advisement, college transfer assistance, summer and winter internship opportunities, and community building efforts within our program.
We are seeking a committed and organized Administrative Coordinator to support the operations of our College Success Office portfolio. The Administrative Coordinator will supervise the Office Manager, coordinate scheduling and logistics for the Director of the College Success Office, and support other administrative tasks. The successful candidate will possess excellent organization, prioritization, and written and verbal communication skills. They will be a strong collaborator who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly team-oriented environment.

The salary range for this position is $60,000-$70,000 per year. Harlem Children's Zone is an EOE.
