Job summary

ECPI University is seeking a Career Services Advisor to work at the San Antonio, TX campus. The role focuses on coaching graduates, alumni and students in job search strategies, resume development, networking, and interview preparation.

The advisor will build and maintain relationships with local employers, coordinate on-campus recruiting events, and support career-focused seminars and workshops to advance student employment opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• 2–3 years of related experience in recruiting, staffing, or career coaching.
• Any equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one coaching to ECPI graduates in job search, resumes, and interview skills.
• Participate and support student-focused Career Services events and seminars.
• Interview students and graduates to strategize their professional job search.
• Provide excellent customer service to students, graduates and employers.
• Maintain student information files in accordance with policies and regulations.
