Responsibilities

• Develop and update Individual Employment Plan (IEP) in partnership with the client.
• Coordinate and secure necessary services for clients utilizing providers with expertise.
• Monitor and implement workforce investment activities and program compliance to meet objectives.
• Complete assigned reports and forward them to the supervisor in a timely manner.
• Represent the agency within the local community as directed.
