Job summary

• Graduation from high school or equivalent education and two years of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Interview customers to elicit information regarding education, training, work experience, and occupational goals.
• Assist customers in registering for services and search current job listings.
• Refer qualified customers to businesses and verify referral results; provide information and referrals to programs available in the community.
• Advise job seekers on results of self-assessment tests and career direction options; suggest training and other resources to assist in career pursuit.
