Qualifications

• Must have experience in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated telephone, computer, and written communication skills.
• Able to interact with a wide variety of individuals and maintain a positive professional attitude.
• Ability to maintain flexibility as needs of contract require.
• Must be comfortable presenting information to groups and in outreach efforts to potential customers.
• Bilingual – Spanish/English.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in the PA CareerLink resource room and computer lab.
• Guide jobseekers through Digital Intake forms and CWDS data entry when needed.
• Support outreach and engagement, tracking activities and outcomes.
• Inform jobseekers of PA CareerLink services and partner programs; facilitate orientations.
• Maintain an organized resource room with up-to-date bulletin boards and materials.
• Collaborate with partner staff to ensure high-quality participant services; perform additional duties as assigned.
