The position emphasizes confidentiality, data integrity, and adherence to program and Department of Labor guidelines while supporting student success, retention, and credential attainment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Valid state teaching certificate or approved teaching waiver required.
• Experience in teaching and Job Corps experience preferred.
• Deliver instruction and support to help students attain HSD and GED credentials.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging academic instruction aligned with HSD and GED goals.
• Develop individualized student achievement plans and provide case management support.
• Collaborate with CTT instructors to integrate academics with career training.
• Maintain data integrity and protect sensitive student information.
• Meet program goals and create a positive learning environment.
• Submit reports and documentation accurately and on time.
