Job summary

ENMU-Roswell is seeking a Career Readiness & Student Success Coordinator to guide students from enrollment through graduation, connecting them with internships, job opportunities, and transfer pathways. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, business, counseling, career development, student services, workforce development, or a related field.
• Two years of experience in higher education, career services, student services, workforce development, advising, recruitment, or a related field.
• Experience working with students, employers, community organizations, or educational partners.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel locally for outreach and community activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide career advising and student success support from enrollment through graduation.
• Develop work-based learning opportunities, including internships, job shadowing, and employment opportunities.
• Build relationships with local employers, industry partners, community organizations, and four-year universities to expand career and transfer opportunities for students.
• Assist students with transfer planning and connect them with appropriate university resources and opportunities.
• Develop and present career-readiness, professional-development, and transfer workshops, as well as on-campus career fairs.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, the RAMP Team, and campus partners to support student recruitment, engagement, retention, graduation, career placement, and transfer.
• Support the continued development and operation of the Career and Transfer Center, including career fairs, employer events, and student programming.
• Support program advisory boards and industry-engagement activities as needed.
• Collect, track, and report career, employment, internship, and transfer outcomes in collaboration with Institutional Effectiveness and grant staff.
• Use student and program data to identify needs, evaluate services, and improve career-readiness and student-success initiatives.
• Represent ENMU-Roswell at community, workforce, educational, and career-related events.
• Maintain current knowledge of career development, workforce trends, transfer opportunities, and resources that support student success.
