Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day case management of both working and non-working clients.
• Encourage and motivate clients to work on their job search.
• Orient, assess, and provide employment counseling for clients and assess job readiness.
• Provide job readiness activities including resume building and interview practice.
• Document services and outcomes in Salesforce and maintain data accuracy.
• Represent Chrysalis to stakeholders and participate in meetings as needed.
