Qualifications

• Three+ years of experience teaching or training adults in workforce readiness or related fields.
• Strong facilitation skills with learners facing barriers to employment.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, presentations and digital collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Core Competencies modules through hands-on activities in clean energy workplaces.
• Teach OSHA 10-Hour Construction and First Aid/CPR/AED; complete required records.
• Instruct digital skills in computer labs and basic electrical concepts in training labs.
• Assess participants during and after training; record attendance and results.
• Identify participants needing extra support; re-teach and re-assess; inform case manager.
• Host employer panels, job site visits and mock interviews with business staff.
• Create an inclusive classroom that respects participants' knowledge and strengths.
