Adams and Associates is seeking a dedicated supervisor for the Career Preparation Program to guide students through instruction, evaluation and case management. You will develop individualized achievement plans, monitor progress and ensure early retention and success in the CPP.

The role follows a Mon to Fri schedule, with responsibilities including remedial support, counseling and collaboration with Center staff to maintain high-quality programs and services for students.

Qualificações

• Associates degree from an accredited school is required.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License.
• Awareness of federal equal employment opportunity regulations and company policy.

Responsabilidades

• Provide supervision, instruction, training and support to Job Corps students.
• Develop individual achievement plans and evaluate progress for retention and success.
• Conduct effective classroom instruction and assess student performance.
• Provide remedial support and guidance to complete CPP requirements.
• Mentor and counsel students, maintain documentation of progress in the case management system.
• Coordinate pre-arrival activities and introductions for new students to Center life.
• Ensure CPP classes are organized, safe and conducive to student and staff success.
• Meet established goals and deadlines; maintain attendance and productivity standards.
• Communicate professionally with staff across departments and with DOL/Company as needed.
