Job summary

Dynamic Workforce Solutions in Kenosha, WI seeks a Career Planner to provide employers with qualified candidates and to offer integrated workforce planning for job seekers. You will help develop employment plans and connect candidates to opportunities for training and placement.

You will screen candidates for technical and soft skills, connect job seekers to open positions and training, and maintain detailed case notes to ensure program compliance and high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social services, HR, communications, business, or equivalent.
• Minimum two years in staffing, recruiting, or workforce development; experience with data entry.
• Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and adequate vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess candidates for technical and soft skills to determine fit for positions.
• Connect job seekers to open positions and to training opportunities and other services.
• Identify and recruit qualified candidates for assigned job orders.
• Identify job seeker barriers and refer to appropriate resources.
• Provide career advisement through individual employment plans and referrals to jobs or training.
• Maintain programmatic competency and ensure compliant case management.
• Document customer interactions with well-written case notes.
• Ensure activities and case files meet programmatic requirements.
• Deliver valued service to job seekers and employers.
• Demonstrate Extreme Customer Service in all interactions.
