Job summary

You will assess strengths and barriers, develop individualized employment plans, coordinate services, and connect participants with education, training, and job opportunities while partnering with employers and community organizations to expand opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services, education, business, or a related field; equivalent combinations considered.
• Experience delivering case management, employment services, workforce development, or related human services.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide participant intake, eligibility determination, case management, and employment planning services.
• Develop individualized employment and service plans that support participant success and long-term self-sufficiency.
• Connect participants with employment opportunities, education, training, supportive services, and community resources.
• Build partnerships with employers, educational institutions, and community organizations to expand opportunities for participants.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with program requirements and organizational policies.
• Manage an assigned caseload while monitoring participant progress and program outcomes.
• Perform other duties consistent with the responsibilities of the position.
