Community Services and Employment Training, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Employment Specialist to link SCC Trainees with unsubsidized positions in the local market. You will build strong relationships with employers, coordinate interviews, and guide job-readiness activities to support successful placements.

Responsibilities include outreach, marketing of programs, resume and interview coaching, and ongoing support for trainees and employers to ensure retention and career growth.

Formación

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience coordinating employment services and placement.
• Knowledge of local labor market and job-search resources.
• Ability to market programs to employers and coordinate resources.

Responsabilidades

• Develops employment opportunities and places SCC Trainees into unsubsidized employment.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with employers and workforce partners.
• Performs proactive employer outreach via calls, visits, events and networking.
• Markets programs to employers and addresses workforce needs.
• Coordinates interviews and follow-ups with Trainees and employers.
