Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience in student services or related programs preferred.
• Ability to plan and coordinate programs and events.
• Data-driven planning and reporting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate student support services on and off campus.
• Meet with students to assess needs and advise on options.
• Coordinate outreach and recruitment activities.
• Plan, coordinate, facilitate, and conduct orientation/workshops.
• Maintain student records and ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate counseling appointments and provide support to students.
• Prepare regular reports for management and agencies.
• Oversee the work of student assistants.
