Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understand individual Employment Plans, case management, and career service activities.
• Ability to supervise multiple specialized programs and the Team Members working under those programs.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assists program participants with career planning and decision-making, including intensive counseling, assessment, enrollment into career pathways, and job search and retention services.
• Advises on labor market trends and guides participants on career pathway training needs.
• Maintain rolling caseload and ensure data entry for billing and reports.
• Provide job development assistance and place participants in industry-related employment with follow-ups for retention.
