• Knowledge of labor market trends and industry-specific job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review participant assessment data to identify skills, experiences, and career aspirations.
• Identify gaps in skills or resources that affect employment success.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings to discuss results and set goals.
• Assist participants in developing SMART goals.
• Create individualized action plans with timelines and resources.
• Provide job search strategies, including resume writing and interview preparation.
• Assist with online job applications and navigating job boards.
• Offer guidance on networking and building professional relationships.
• Conduct workshops on job readiness and industry-specific skills.
• Provide support with licensing or certification requirements.
• Maintain records of participant interactions, goals, and progress.
• Schedule regular follow-up meetings and monitor progress.
• Connect participants with community resources such as housing and transportation.
