Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform eligibility screenings and intake for program enlistment.
• Develop goal-oriented employment/career plans with case planning and monitoring.
• Link clients to services including job training, counseling, and transportation.
• Conduct outreach and recruitment via in-person, phone, and virtual methods.
• Engage employers to facilitate referrals and early intervention.
• Help clients develop life-management tools for work-life balance.
• Document case notes and maintain timely records for reports.
