Qualifications

• Minimum of BA or BS degree and one-year experience in criminal justice, social work, employment counseling, placement, human services, or public administration.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in operating a computer and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must provide own transportation and DMV clearance.
• Must be ambulatory.

Responsibilities

• Maintain case documentation and ensure compliance with grant requirements.
• Create an Individual Enhancement Plan (IEP) and perform an interest assessment.
• Suggest development activities and assist in personal development plans.
• Provide timely guidance and feedback to strengthen knowledge and skills.
• Conduct case management activities and coordinate with external agencies.
• Monitor progress via calls and site visits; act as liaison with partners.
• Keep informed of changes in job-related rules, statutes, and laws.
