The position requires a high school diploma or GED (bachelor’s preferred in social services), at least 21, and one year of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s preferred in social services.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• One-year related experience in employment services.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle insured for you as a driver.
• Self-starter with time management and proactive problem solving.
• Flexible schedule.
• Proficient with MS Office and Zoom; PC and Android devices.
• CPR/First Aid ability.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of DDA and DVR programs.
• Conduct assessments and interviews to determine eligibility.
• Identify clients, employment goals, and potential employer matches.
• Document care and follow support plans; collaborate with teams.
• Assist clients to achieve gainful employment and career growth.
• Provide ongoing employment-related soft and hard skills development.
• Travel within the area to provide transportation and support.
• Represent Compass at meetings and community events.
