Qualifications

• Connect clients with employment opportunities through job development and employer engagement.
• Teach job-seeking, interviewing, workplace readiness, and retention skills.
• Build and maintain relationships with employers to identify hiring needs and opportunities.
• Advocate for clients with employers, referral sources, and community partners.
• Assist clients with benefits planning and informed employment decisions.
• Facilitate orientations and provide ongoing vocational counseling and support.
