Brightli in Saint Louis, Missouri, seeks a Brain Injury Employment Specialist to support individuals in obtaining meaningful employment and sustained vocational success. You will develop individualized career plans, deliver job development and placement assistance, and collaborate with employers and community partners to create opportunities aligned with each client’s goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in employment or vocational services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized vocational service plans for clients.
• Provide career planning, job development, placement, and retention support.
• Build and maintain relationships with local employers to create employment opportunities.
• Educate employers on hiring individuals with disabilities and workplace accommodations.
• Travel within the community to support client employment activities.
