The position is non-exempt, with a wage of $18.00 - $19.00 per hour, based in Longview, Texas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social services, HR, communications, business, or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in staffing, recruiting, or workforce development.
• Experience with data entry and data review in computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Enter information into WIT/Case Management system per procedures and timelines.
• Open, maintain, and close customer files in WIT/Case Management and SharePoint.
• Review forms for accuracy and completeness before entry.
• Maintain digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
• Perform regular self-audits to identify errors or missing information.
• Protect confidential information per policies and privacy regulations.
• Communicate with staff to clarify information and request missing documents.
• Assist with scanning, copying, and preparing documents.
