Job summary

The Fedcap Group in Washington, DC is seeking a Temporary Navigator as part of the Career Mobility Action Plan (Career MAP). You will coach families transitioning from homelessness to sustainable careers, delivering personalized support beyond traditional case management.

Responsibilities include MAP development, trauma-informed coaching, and coordinating wraparound services, with a focus on equity and community presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a social services field is required.
• Master's degree is a strong plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in case management or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized coaching and goal planning within Career MAP.
• Provide two-generational resource navigation to wraparound supports.
• Support career advancement, training, and education pathways.
• Engage participants, monitor progress, and maintain ongoing contact.
• Manage data in ECM system and report outcomes to DHS and teams.
• Participate in regional learning collaboratives and collaborate with partners.
