Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, marketing, business, HR, or related field with two plus years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in career counseling in a high-volume human services or workforce development setting.

Responsibilities

• Counsels and assists customers with job search strategies, career advisement, and training planning.
• Advise, monitor, and track participation to maximize program functions and opportunities.
• Maintain day-to-day relationships with customers and document findings with case notes.
• Provide motivational support and identify training needs; facilitate workshops.
• Document customer success stories and analyze resumes for eligibility and processing.
• Maintain records per program standards and assist in policy development for advisement.
