Cedars-Sinai invites qualified RNs to join the Career Float Pool in Beverly Hills, CA. You will float across adult ICU/PACU, Med/Surg, Women’s Services, NICU/PICU/Peds, and Emergency Services, maintaining competency across clusters.

Each position offers career development, flexible exposure, and opportunities to earn with tiered assignments while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in one of America’s leading hospitals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BSN preferred.
• California State RN license required.
• ACLS/NRP/PALS certifications required for certain floated units.
• Exp. with two or more float pool clusters is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for patients by ensuring every voice is heard and represented in clinical decisions.
• Deliver patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care across multiple specialty settings.
• Maintain a broad clinical perspective and understand evolving nursing roles.
• Demonstrate professionalism by advocating for patients, colleagues, and quality care.
• Foster an inclusive environment built on respect and collaboration.
• Promote continuity and quality of care with patients and families at the forefront.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams as a clinical resource and consultant.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and support positive change at unit and organizational levels.
