Job summary

Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in West Hollywood, CA, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for the ICU Float Pool. This 13-week assignment covers night shifts (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) and requires floating across ICU, Stepdown, MS/Telemetry, PCU, and overflow PACU as needed.

Responsibilities include ventilator management, arterial/central lines, Swan-Ganz PA line use, and administration of IV meds with Epic EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Active California RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience.
• Experience in a 400+ bed acute care hospital.
• Epic EMR experience required.
• Swan-Ganz catheter (PA line) experience required.
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications.

Shift: Night | 3x12 Hours (7:00 PM 7:30 AM)

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to critically ill ICU patients.

• Administer IV medications, blood products, and vasoactive drips.

Requirements

• Active California RN License


• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience

• First-time travelers accepted if experience requirements are met

Preferred

• CCRN certification


• Transplant, Cardiac, Neuro, or Trauma ICU experience


• CRRT and EVD experience

Note: Floating is required. Weekend coverage required. Flu vaccine mandatory.
