Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program. BSN preferred.
• California State RN License required.
• ACLS/NRP/PALS certifications required for floated assignments as specified.
• Certifications must remain valid (60 days grace from hire date).

Responsibilities

• Float between multiple specialty units to expand nursing skills and earnings.
• Advocate for patient voice and rights, ensuring high-quality care across all settings.
• Collaborate with coordinated health care teams to support patient-centered care.
