USC Career Center is seeking an experienced Career Advisor to join the Career Engagement team. The role focuses on advising undergraduate and graduate students and recent graduates, developing career content, and leading student engagement and programming.

The ideal candidate will conduct workshops, assist with internship and job search strategies, and help students prepare resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and interview skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years career advising in higher education or similar nonprofit setting.
• Experience developing career content and programs for students/alumni.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and professionalism.

Responsabilités

• Advise undergraduate and graduate students and alumni through various modes.
• Plan and present career workshops and programs for diverse audiences.
• Develop and share original career content and resources.
• Collaborate with campus partners to create programming and share resources.
