Job summary

Horizon Farm Credit is seeking a Customer Services Specialist to join our Reedsville, PA branch. The role provides account information in person, over the phone, and by email, and handles routine service requests to support branch operations.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5+ years in customer service or banking, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication & interpersonal relations skills.
• Moderate knowledge of software applications and proven self-starter.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to simultaneously work on multiple projects/assignments.
• Ability to initiate, organize, and prioritize work and maintain confidentiality.
• Basic knowledge and ability to promote convenience products and Business Management Solutions.
• Office hours Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Handle telephone calls and visitors promptly and professionally.
• Assist callers with routine inquiries and requests.
• Promote Convenience products and Business Management Solutions to members.
• Process incoming payments and make deposits; disburse loan funds.
• Assist in printing and mailing loan packages and support loan officers' servicing.
