Responsibilities

• Assist with renewal processing as assigned by Account Manager(s).
• Process binders, endorsements, and audits after review by the Account Manager.
• Handle invoicing and follow-up on claims.
• Coordinate Certificates of Insurance and Evidence of Insurance issuance and renewals.
• Draft proposals and maintain mail-merge documents.
• Respond to client requests promptly and accurately.
