Job summary

CREST Collaborative in Andover, MA seeks a full-time Coordinator of Vocation, Transition, and Career Development to lead vocational and career readiness initiatives for students and adults. The role partners with program leadership, transportation coordinator, and VISIONS Lead to support needs across transitional services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s preferred or equivalent experience and skills.
• Experience working in community-based vocational setting(s) and career development.
• 7D license optional

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with all external and internal stakeholders.
• Direct and oversee scheduling of internal and external work sites.
• Coordinate adult service agencies for all students.
• Create and establish internal and community-based work sites, volunteer sites, and apprenticeships.
• Develop collaborative wide community and career readiness programs.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Support the management of Grounds for Growth.
• Oversee management of School Store.
• Oversee work opportunities for students and payroll-related processes.
• Coordinate with local agencies and community members.
• Train, coach, and evaluate staff.
• Provide feedback to staff supporting students and job sites.
• Participate in transitional assessments or other assessments as needed.
• Coordinate MYCAP.
• Collaborate with curriculum leads for transitional curriculum needs.
• Participate in meetings or lead meetings as necessary.
• Support school-wide initiatives such as food boxes, Giving Tree, etc.
