What You’ll Do

• Administer and interpret assessments.
• Deliver the 100-Hour Transition Skills Program curriculum.
• Deliver other programs as determined by the Department.
• Maintain and document services delivered.
• Report monthly attendance, program enrollments, and completions on the Department’s approved form, DC5-149 "Correctional Daily Attendance Roster" (Attachment #2).
• Provide information on pre‑release connections of community providers and employers for inmate release planning services to facility release officers.
• Assist Pre‑Release Employment Navigators with hiring events, mock interviews, pre‑release job search, recruitment, and readiness portfolio development through face‑to‑face and technology‑based interactions.

Who We’re Looking For

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university, or a high school diploma.
• Two (2) years of professional experience in workforce development, social services, or corrections.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Bonus: Associate’s Degree and one year of experience in social services or corrections.
