Qualifications
- Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Higher Education Administration, Educational Leadership, Human Resources Management, Counseling, MBA, or related field and 4 to 7 years of experience in university career services, recruitment & hiring, or career advising/coaching.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized and group career coaching for students to select career paths and conduct job/internship searches.
- Design and deliver career development workshops, classroom presentations, and professional programming.
- Serve as liaison to employers and corporate partners to foster recruiting relationships.
- Guide students toward internship and full-time employment opportunities and strengthen networking opportunities.
