The role involves on-the-job supports, transportation assistance, and collaboration with staff to build participant pathways to sustainable employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of work experience specific to developmental disabilities, with one year preferably in employment services.
• Case management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implements a Work Adjustment curriculum for adults with developmental disabilities and other significant barriers to employment.
• Provides case management/wrap around supportive services with follow-up to identify barriers and assist in goals.
• Identifies internships, training, and employment opportunities with employers and agencies to foster community inclusion.
