Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of experience partnering with businesses to build long-term employment opportunities.
• Clean PA driving record, valid PA driver’s license, vehicle inspection, registration, and insurance.
• Successful completion of Vista's de-escalation and crisis intervention curriculum.
• Passing of pre-employment regulatory and safety-sensitive requirements including PPD, physical exam, and drug tests.
• Proficiency with technology including MS Office and internet applications.

Responsibilities

• Assess the employment skills and abilities of assigned individuals and document results.
• Schedule tours with local businesses to assess employment needs and identify potential jobs.
• Collaborate with businesses to create new job opportunities through task carving or shared responsibilities.
• Support hired individuals in job settings and use teaching strategies to promote independence.
• Complete business assessments to identify environment and skills needs for employment.
• Coordinate discovery activities, match clients to opportunities, and coordinate onboarding.
• Provide information to stakeholders to support employment goals.
• Assist with transportation coordination to and from work.
• Document billing and complete paperwork promptly.
• Coordinate onboarding and assist with pre-employment paperwork.
• Provide coaching to team members and implement feedback.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
