• Progressive experience in career development or related role.
• Demonstrated supervision and leadership experience.
• Strong communication and analytical skills for advising students.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive career counseling to law students and alumni.
• Lead employer outreach and relationships with legal community, judges, and bar associations.
• Develop programs and resources to strengthen career outcomes and law school visibility.
• Support Judicial Clerkship Program and coordinate related programming.
