Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands (CCF) in Tracy, CA is seeking personable team members for Store Operations. You will greet customers, process standard transactions, and support daily store upkeep to ensure a welcoming environment. This role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and customer-centric service.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, data-entry speed, and cash-handling experience. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement within our multi-brand network

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Background check may be required.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and provide outstanding service.
• Process transactions such as check cashing, money orders, and loans/pawns with accuracy.
• Assist in store appearance and maintain cleanliness.
