Job summary

Federal Way Public Schools seeks a Facilitator to support college and career readiness initiatives under the Executive Director of College and Career Readiness and the Director of CTE/CCR. The role provides coordination, coaching, professional learning, and partnerships with counselors, teachers, and school teams across the district.

The Facilitator will train staff on advising practices, manage the High School and Beyond Plan process, and help translate data into actionable improvements,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education leadership or related field.
• 3 years of teaching experience in CTE, college & career readiness, or related occupations.
• Strong background working with a diverse population.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with district and school staff to support a comprehensive college and career readiness system.
• Provide professional development, coaching, and technical assistance to counselors and administrators.
• Coordinate High School and Beyond Plan implementation and related staff training.
• Monitor graduation assurance data and provide summaries to leadership.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with external college access entities.
