Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients’ aptitudes, interests, values, and transferable skills to identify growth areas.
• Coordinate with employment specialists, job developers and HR to align efforts.
• Identify job openings matching client profiles and assist with applications and interviews.
• Advocate for reasonable workplace accommodations.
• Provide ongoing training through workshops and courses; stay updated on industry trends.
• Instruct clients in essential soft skills: communication, time management, teamwork, leadership.
• Help clients develop basic computer skills and use technology for job searching.
• Coach clients in budgeting, savings and retirement planning.
• Educate clients on wellness, stress management and healthy lifestyle choices.
