Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized service plans and support clients' skill development.
• Instruct pre-vocational, social, and independent living skills.
• Provide on-site job supports and coordinate work-based learning.
• Facilitate liaison between employers, clients, and coworkers.
• Create employer relationships for integrated employment opportunities.
• Advocate for clients and educate employers on accommodations.
• Monitor client progress toward goals and transport clients as needed.
