Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is required with a minimum of 1 year of experience in career services, recruiting, workforce development, or higher education.
• Experience working with or advising preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to build authentic relationships across diverse cultures and identities; commitment to inclusive practice.
• Proficiency with career management platforms (e.g., Handshake), labor market intelligence tools (e.g., Lightcast, LinkedIn Talent Insights), and AI-enabled career development tools, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and small group career advising and coaching to students and recent graduates.
• Deliver career development workshops and participate in employer outreach and programming.
• Support design, logistics and delivery of career fairs, employer visits, networking events and related initiatives.
