Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Career Ready Pathways Coordinator as they review and approve programs.
• Develop and facilitate professional development trainings for career coaches.
• Interpret and apply laws, regulations and procedures for Arkansas Career Coach programs.
• Propose and monitor legislation affecting the Arkansas Career Coach program.
• Formulate policies for new or revised programs in local schools.
• Monitor program performance and data documentation for accountability.
• Provide guidance to career coaches and establish priorities.
• Manage development and revision of Arkansas Career Coach grants.
• Review programs annually with stakeholders and partners.
