Responsibilities

• Provide direct coaching and support to clients on attendance, punctuality, grooming, job‑seeking skills, work quality, and barriers to employment.
• Lead classes and sessions on job search techniques, resume development, and related topics; offer on‑site coaching as needed.
• Review intake information, conduct initial interviews, and connect clients with community resources.
• Maintain client records daily and upload documents for billing and program compliance.
• Collaborate with the Success & Outreach Manager and team to identify client needs and improve services.
