Job summary

You will collaborate with case managers and workforce development teams to set goals, address barriers, and maintain records while building relationships with employers to create placement opportunities.

Qualifications

• BA degree in business, social work, or psychology preferred; other combinations considered.
• Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
• Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean record.
• Toxicology test and criminal background check required.
• Level II screening completed.

Responsibilities

• Accept referrals for employment services and provide job placement and retention support.
• Complete the Camillus House Employment Assessment to identify history, skills, barriers, and goals.
• Match clients with job openings based on qualifications, interests and goals.
• Work with Case Managers to develop individualized employment goals and address barriers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with employers to create placement opportunities and monitor outcomes.
