Responsibilities

• Provide personalized job coaching to participants before, during, and after placement.
• Assist individuals in identifying career goals and developing necessary skills.
• Guide participants through career exploration and job search strategies.
• Deliver workplace readiness training on soft skills.
• Develop individualized employment and training plans.
