Job summary

State of Utah's Refugee Services Office seeks an experienced Employment Counselor to join its team in Salt Lake City. You will help customers obtain and maintain employment, address barriers such as housing instability, disabilities, domestic violence and substance abuse, and provide one-on-one or group support across education and work readiness.

You will work with community partners, develop employment plans, use labor market information, coach on resumes and interviewing, ensure program
